    Lately they been dropping the ball. If you order thru the WINDOW they forget hot sauce or tortillas and the chicken has really really nasty taste now

    The food is awsome but the customer service sucks.......I order via phone two burgers at 6:18 pm. Went to get gas and then picked up my food purposely. I arives at the rest. @ 6:40 AND I still had to wait 15 more minutes to get my burgers, NO they were not busy either!!!!! They are just terribly slow at the Mansfield location in Fort worth.
